Abya-Yala publishes almost every book on Quichua in Ecuador. They have an online book store and a walk-in book store in Quito.

This book store has more than one location in Cuenca and is highly recommended despite not having many books on Quichua.

There is a small bookstore in the back of this cafe. It has a number of books on Quichua.

This is possibly the bookstore with the widest variety of books on Quichua in Ecuador. That is my guess at this point, anyway. The books are both new and used. It is possible to trade in used books as well. Highly recommended.
