Shoenhofs specializes in foriegn language books. They have a large selection of books on Quechua, which are lumped in with other books in Native American languages.

This book store has more than one location in Cuenca and is highly recommended despite not having many books on Quichua.

This is possibly the bookstore with the widest variety of books on Quichua in Ecuador. That is my guess at this point, anyway. The books are both new and used. It is possible to trade in used books as well. Highly recommended.
